Confirmed diagnoses. The incidences of ACS and TE were similar in both groups (p = 0.87 and p = 0.93). HF appeared more frequent in the POCT group but the difference was nonsignificant (p = 0.08). Musculoskeletal and "other" problems were the predominant diagnoses (p = 0.49 and p = 0.57).
